AI Sidekick is an embedded chat agent built directly into the Progress Retail platform. It gives your team instant, role-aware access to the knowledge, training, and insights they need — right where they work, without switching tabs or tools.

Rather than searching through documents, logging into separate systems, or waiting for a manager to answer a question, team members can ask AI Sidekick and get a relevant, accurate answer in seconds.

AI Sidekick is context-aware by design. It understands who the user is, what role they're in, and which location they're assigned to — so every response is tailored to what's actually relevant to them.
